“Our business model is definitely what sets us apart. Kärcher is
resilient because we sell our many products in all markets and channels
markets and channels and are closer to our customers than ever before,” says Hartmut

Intelligent investments: High-tech and site development
Last year, Kärcher invested over 200 million euros to consolidate its position at the forefront of the cleaning industry and pave the way for future success. One investment focus was on pioneering technologies and artificial intelligence. In addition to the Google Workspace applications that have been used in the company for some time, the aim is to increase efficiency and thus free up time for demanding and value-adding activities: “Enabling our employees to benefit from the support of generative AI at such an early stage and on such a broad scale was not only the best decision for Kärcher, but can also be part of the solution for Germany as an industrial location,” says Hartmut Jenner.
2025: Outlook and innovations
Despite many global and macroeconomic challenges, Hartmut Jenner is optimistic about the new year: “We have created a good basis for further growth. If we all keep our focus on the customer, stay concentrated, keep going full throttle and keep our productivity under control, nothing stands in the way of another successful year.”

Kärcher will continue to bring a breath of fresh air to the cleaning market with new products in 2025: As an addition to the portfolio of autonomous floor cleaning machines, the KIRA B 200 will make everyday work easier for professional users in industry and logistics. Built at the headquarters in Winnenden, the scrubber-dryer robot is designed for particularly large areas with a 200-liter fresh water tank and a battery life of four hours. This year, Kärcher is setting high standards in terms of ergonomics and sustainability with new dry vacuum cleaners made from 45 percent recycled material.
